We will discover clever techniques used by seamstresses to style, shape and construct clothes.
Undergarments and forms will be described and discussed. We will examine clothing from the Victorian and Edwardian periods to learn about sewing techniques, embellishments and tailoring details.
Includes a curator-led gallery tour of wedding garments on display.
