A Taste of Shetland at Up Helly Aa

This year A Taste of Shetland are holding their Up Helly Aa food & drink event at the Shetland Museum and Archives, you can look forward to:

  • A pop up Seafood Shack in Hay's Dock restaurant area - serving local fresh fish prepared and served in 'street food' format
  • Cooking demonstrations from 12.30pm in our learning room - including meat, fish and the ever popular bannocks!
  • Local food and drink producers will be showcasing their wares, they will have their products available for you to sample and purchase.
