Join us and photography tutor Chris G Smith for a full day experiencing the wonders of vintage photography. With Chris’ vast collection of analogue cameras, you will first be guided through the evolution of analogue. Then, on being handed your own vintage camera for the day, you will have the opportunity to take inspiration from the Museum building and coastal surrounds of Hay’s Dock to capture moments on film.
It's then back to the classroom as Chris will then guide you through developing your film. Not only will you leave with the inspiration and knowledge which we hope will get you hooked on vintage photography, but you’ll have a selection of prints to treasure from this experience too. After the development, the films have to be hung to dry; these will then be scanned and digital images emailed to each participant, or Chris can print them for an additional charge.
Tickets £85 - price includes one roll of film and developing.
