The Saatbrack: Musical Sound Collaboration with Shetland Arts

The 'Saatbrack' installation is a collaboration between Jenny Sturgeon and Renzo Spiteri. It will be an immersive piece of sound-art/music, drawing inspiration and raw material from the maritime world. Underwater microphones interact with reeds, strings, percussion and electronics and the sound will be amplified through custom made trawler float speakers.
